Our Account Executives work with Account Managers and Account Directors to support comprehensive client campaigns—from strategy through delivery, launch, and ongoing maintenance—collaborating closely with strategists, designers, developers, and media professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you will play a critical supportive role in our client service team, focusing on learning through practical experience. You will assist Account Managers and Directors with campaign execution, communications, and project management tasks to maintain quality control, adhere to timelines, and deliver high-quality work. This is a foundational role where you will gain hands-on experience by actively participating in meetings, taking notes, managing production schedules, and ensuring team alignment. You will be essential in maintaining workflow and communication to deliver top-tier results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist Account Managers and Directors in executing client campaigns, ensuring all project details are meticulously tracked and communicated across teams.
- Meeting Support: Schedule, draft agendas, attend client and internal meetings, take notes, compile contact reports, and circulate updates to keep relevant teams informed.
- Task Management: Use internal tools to input briefs, assign tasks, and monitor project milestones, supporting adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Production Coordination: Work with internal production schedules to deliver work on time, manage quality control, and ensure output aligns with client expectations.
- Communication Management: Act as a communication link between team members, providing updates and helping resolve any issues that may arise during project execution.
- Knowledge Growth: Develop a deep understanding of our client’s industries and needs, actively tracking competitive insights and relevant information.
- Ad-Hoc Assistance: Assist the client service team as needed, managing urgent requests or deadlines and supporting clients when Account Managers are unavailable.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education: Qualifying in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Experience: Minimum of one year in a similar role, ideally within a digital or marketing agency. (Intern experience will be considered in certain circumstances).
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to self-manage, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google and Facebook Ads).
